Chronic inner ear problem

Hi, I have chronic innner ear problem for the last 20 years almost daily. My symptoms are:

  1. Gritty, sand sensation in my inner ear almost like when you have dry eyes.
  2. Head pressure
  3. Totally spaced out
  4. Trouble speaking, concentrating when like this.

    I have been to doctor, ENT many times had CAT scans and MRI with no diagnosis of my symptoms.

    Does anyone on this forum have similar problems and how and know how to reduce or manage this terrible affliction.

    Much appreciated for any advise.

    I John, I am sorry to hear that. Hope you are feeling good.

    I have similar symptoms for years. I would like to ask you, how do you know your problem is from your inner ear?

    Have you ever had an audiogram? How was the result?
