Chronic lightheadedness with sinus symptoms, PLEASE HELP!

Hi all,

I have been suffering from chronic lightheadedness( wouldnt call it vertigo, does not make me feel the world around me is spinning) on the left side (primarily) and forehead , for 3 weeks now, along with pressure and dull pain near my jaws, and a blocked feeling in my ears.

I wouldnt say I have any sort of headache, runny nose , or coughing symptoms.Could it be due to an underlying sinus issue?

Does anyone have similar symptoms, i.e. major one being lightheadedness or the feeling of being slightly unstable from sinus issues?

Thanks in advance!

hey , i completely sympathise with you , i have had sinus problems since nov last year , numerous antibiotics , painful ears , sore neck , generally feeling unwell , i think in the end it just gets you down so much that the anxiety gets too much ...yours certainly sounds like sinus , how are your symptoms now ?

i have your exact same symptoms.

My head feels beyond swollen and almost like something is pushing pressure onto it.

    It comes and goes.

I also have ear pressure and facial tension. It leaves me lightheaded and fatigued.

I did a blood test and visited two different doctors. Both think its some form of sinus/inner ear infection after i had flu-like symptoms in January. It didnt hit me until February but its been over a month now.

    Keep me updated

Yes - a tough way to make it through the day. I have had good results with meclizine . I/2 tablet 2-3 times a day helps me a lot. Makes you a little drowsy but works on the balance problem for me. Not much works on my chronic sinusitus as I've tried almost everything for a long time- I think spurred by nasal allergies . Learned to just live with it but am always open to suggestions
