Chronic mastoiditis 9 years!

Hi to everyone! I have pain around my right ear with sensations like poping little bit, since 2011. I find out in 2015 that i have chronic otitis media on mri,and that is the cause of my constant pain. And then bump on doctors,that just rejected my diagnosis and me personal. I posted photo from scan also if someone have same problem diagnosis.Now i just want to ask do anyone know,where are the best doctors to solve my problem. Because here in Balkan ex Yugoslav republics,are very corrupt and very bad as people and as doctors. image
