Chronic muscular pain?

for years I have suffered with knots in my shoulder blades, this came about after I had a lumbar spinal fusion..fast forward 7 years and after going back and forwards I was told I have a thoracic arachnoid cyst compressing my spinal cord t2-6 so I assumed the pain was the cyst, I've had a bit of a rough few years after being put on all sorts of opiods and goo g through withdrawal 4 times enough is enough but the lain in my shoulders is horrendous, I also have pain in my forearms, butt, calves, neck... i feel sore all over but there seems to be specific paiful points in all these muscles, this goes on 14/7 i also suffer with pheripeal neuropathy in both legs, failed fusion and cervical spondylosis, honestly I'm at my witts end, I have blood tests done and everything seems ok but could this be mps or fibro??
