Chronic Nausea and tightness

Hi I recently posted in here about having chronic Nausea and stomach pain. I am 16 years old and have had my gallbladder and appendix out because they don't really know what's wrong and wanted to try something. I did not include in my last post that I also feel a tightness or like knot right under my rib cage. It also hurts when I push right under there and It kinda urges on and gets a little worse with physical activity. I have asthma and often think it is that but it's totally different. I use my inhaler and it doesn't work. It's starting to really bug me and I'm wondering what it could be

Do you cough a lot? Could be muscular

  I do not cough a lot. But I may get a MRI to see if it could be muscular. Thanks!

Was IBS mentioned? It can be triggered after gallbladder and appendix removal.

Hi It might be abdominal adhesions left from the surgeries you had. The MRI should show any problem if there's anything. Good luck xx
