Hello I am wondering just how many other people wake every morning with their first feeling of the day is pain? Me I am one. I have several things that only cause chronic pain and fatigue. I have no energy. I feel alone.....I feel sad about most of the time. I want to feel like I use to feel before all this started.

i'm sorry that you are feeling so unwell. Pain can cause negative feelings being that there isn't anything positive about it. It can also cause fatigue and a general unwell feeling. If you can get your pain under control or at least the cause of it this may help you to feel better.I used to go through chronic pain but I now only go through it occasionally. I hope that you can find some help in sorting this out. I'd be happy to share some of the ways that helped me. There might be others that will offer some good advice to help you as well.

I'd be happy to.
Hot baths with epson salt
Resting not overusing t
yoga and walking
vitamins(B, C, D and a multi)
I can not tolerate anti inflammatories so they are out.
Also certain foods have an anti inflammatory benifit in them. Again these may or may not be helpful but carpal tunnel takes time, wrist braces work well in some circumstances others it doesn't help. As for the back etc. you may need to see a specialist if you haven't already. try to make sure to drink lot's of fluids to make up for what you are losing from hot flashes. This could be one of the reasons you are feeling down. I hope you find some relief...
Take Care,
Penny

My son used to start every day like this...he was only 4 years old he would sleep a lot, wake up tired, have very little energy and lots of pain - seemingly everywhere. He would get really upset, sad, angry...He was six before we found out he had Coeliac Disease. He's a happy, healthy boy again! (Mostly...hahaha)
My hip pain made me not want to get out of bed - it was a struggle every single morning. I was in my early-mid 40s and felt OLD. We bought a new mattress and no more hip pain!
I think you get the idea - depending on where the pain is, there is probably a cure. You just need to pinpoint the reason. You're understandably depressed if you have chronic pain...or that could also be a symptom of the underlying cause.
Please see a doctor and take care!
