Robert - you must try to remain positive, God I know how hard it is, husband has heart failure, and a few months ago we were told he also had a lesion or spot on his liver, this last week more tests and another cat scan, and it came back as exactly the same size, so nothing to worry about or so we are told, as with his heart failure it is a big problem if he needs surgery.

I came to the conclusion some years ago that worry and anxiety is only going to make me feel worse than I already do, make me bad tempered with my family, so I try my best to live for right now, enjoy what I can, keep my husband busy so he does not dwell on his condition, as he suffers from worse anxiety than I do.

And anyhow how is worrying going to change anything, its not going to make his heart condition better, the stress could only make it worse.
