Chronic pain after testicular injury

My testicle got injured a month ago (hard hits).

The severe pain is quickly gone but since then I feel a mild dull stabbing pain when I'm moving, and what's worse, I feel a sharp stabbing, cramping pain somewhere around the epididymis during ejaculation.

My testicle wasn't swelling and isn't painful to touch. Ultrasound also didn't show any problem, but the pain won't go 😦

Any idea what this could be?
