Chronic pain hours after intercourse.

I have posted in 3 areas to get help, gastric, guyni and sexual heath looking for help as my problem covers all 3.

I cant copy and paste as it wont let me so I will start again. My problem is I have endometriosis, gastritis and a large rectocele. i have chronic upper right side pain, intercourse is a huge trigger especially if I reach climax. It's not painful at the time but hours later it starts with my bowel bloating and stomach swelling with pain that burns for days, its awful. it makes my neck stiff and gives me Jaw pain. Recently as the problem progresses it gives me palpitations. Ant acids do not help. Its not IBS but the pain is dreadful. I'm going to see Consultant Tuesday and need as much help, support, advice as possible get this resolved. please can anyone help. Many thanks.
