Chronic pale, fatty, loose stools - anyone experienced this?

Hi everyone,

A couple of years ago, out of the blue I started to experience weeks of loose stool. Had it checked with the GP and they detected some bacteria in my gut, so gave me antibiotics - I thought that would be it sorted, however I've been experiencing the same issues ever since.

I've spend countless hours with GPs and Gastrointestinal professionals, with blood and stool tests and they have detected nothing. I've tried cutting back on diary, gluten etc but no change. I exercise regularly and have a healthy diet, always cooking meals from fresh food, with plenty of fruit and veg. I've also tried certain probiotics / digestive enzymes for a number of weeks, but there seems to be no change.

A year or so back, I had a colonoscopy, taking some laxatives to clear my bowels before hand. For about a week after, I was back to normal and thought it was fixed, but symptoms slowly crept back in. Over a week or two.

The stool is loose 90% of the time, not full diarrhoea, and is a lighter brown / yellow colour. It feels like I struggle to empty the bowel fully, and if more solid the stool is thin. I get slight discomfort in my left lower abdomen, if I push here it's slightly tender and I can really feel a heavy pulsing when applying pressure. It's as if it's slightly blocked here.

Has anyone experienced the same, and has anyone had any success with any remedies? Any help much appreciated.
