Chronic pancreatitis

Hello Beautiful People. i had chronic pancreatitis from last 5 years. was managing with Enzymes Supplement. i just did ultrasound and got reports Mentioning ..

heterogeneous hypoechoic echopattern. the pancreatic duct is dilated and shows internal echoes within and measures 1.1 cms. Above findings could be due to chronic pancreatitis.

my doctor is out of town unable to communicate with him. can anybody help me to understand this technical language
