Hi everyone my name is Amanda and I've been living with chronic pancreatitis for the past 7 years. Since covid started I've found myself being admitted into hospital over 50 times due to my pancreatitis in the past 2 or 3 years I had got diagnosed in 2015 and had to get rushed to surgery because one of the cysts was the size of a melon also had a massive internal bleed before surgery and they needed to do a angiogram to put coils in to stop the bleeding before they could take me for surgery I would've did if I didn't have anything done very lucky girl so I am. I'm wanting to ask everyone what your coping skills are when the pain gets bad and your pain killers are not taking the pain away and also when I'm having a flare up I'm sick a lot and cant get me pills down so that's why I have to go into hospital to get help with the pain. I'm on zomorph and sevredol before them I was on shortec and longtec for the past 6 years. I have a tens machine which is meant to help but it does nothing to help with the pain. Please help!!!!!!!
