Chronic Pancreatitis possible? Or is it something else? Struggling to find answers

Hi everyone- like a lot of you on the forum, I am at my witts end trying to figure out what ailment and/or disease I have. To be brief, my symptoms started in August of 2014 when I started to notice upper abdominal pain and tenderness. This was on a weekend where yes, I had been consuming alcohol. I am a healthy 28 year old female and in my younger 20s I did drink more than is recommended. On the onset of symptoms, I went to a doctor who prescribed an anti-acid. I noticed over the next few months my symptoms came and went and I honestly thought nothing of it. I started noticing a change in my bowel movements in October/November (they started to become more loose, float and were more volumous). I have been into see multiple GI specialists who have run a million tests. I've had basic labs done (liver function tests, lipase/amylase, basic metabolic panel, IgA/IgG- celiac seriologies, Vitamin D/B12, Iron studies-- all came back good), an MRCP w/secretin (good), RUQ (good), EGD/EUS (good), fecal elastase > 500 (good)..... but heres he kicker.. a 9g fecal fat (normal is under 7g) with a fecal weight of ~470g (200g of stool is normal output from what I have read). To my knowledge there are only a few diseases that cause a high stool fat and CP is one of them.
My question is.. do any of you experience high fat stools and normal imaging? The doctors seem to think this is all IBS but from what I've read IBS does not cause high fecal fat.
I am so desperate for answers... I wish they would just find what is causing my discomfort and abnormal stools-- even if that meant a diagnosis of CP.
Please help if any of you can shed some light here!!!!

The steathorrea is on about a ten day cycle and does not seem to be linked to fat intake .Both my GI consultant and GP are at a loss .
The only things that have come up on the MRCP a shadow was seen on the biliary tract over two slices which could suggest a stone and two simple probably benign liver cysts .
At my wits end ! Any idea ...just need to know why this is happening .

But how did your doctor conclude CP from a Colonoscopy?

After all, there are a lot of diseases that is som odd that there exists no proper name or categorisations for them.

Suffer from some of the same paranoia and anxiety about CP.
Short: I am 39 years old and suffered from acid reflux since I was a kid. You know; heartburdn that gradually got worse. And 10 years ago I was finally diagnosed with acid reflux and got medication for it.
Anyway, for the last months I have experienced symptoms similar to yours; not violently but still anoying and scary.
The one odd thing though is that I am suffering constipation, not at all diarreah. And the stools are normal when I am able to force them out. Is constipation a symtom of pancreatitis at all? That may points towards IBS. Unlike many of you here; obviously I would be very happy to find out if what I have is only IBS and not the dreadful pancreatitis.
I must also point out that I am a self confesed rabid hypocondriac for many years and I am one of those not denying it. Still, it is harder too look away from the fear of panc because it is a damn hard disease to diagnose. All my blood tests are fine, except for a lack of vitamin D(red flag?). Having ultrasound within 2 weeks. But I have a mild inpersistent pain in upper abdomen, no nausea, no lack if apetite. Some stomach pain but -
I also know for a fact that when you are a rabid hypocondriac your brain is playing tricks on you and cause tense nerves. I have a repeating stich in the throat but I know that is a psychosomatic pain produced by muscle stiffness due to healt anxiety. And helath anxiety may produce symptoms similar to PC when you are scared of it.
For excample - diarreah. Very common in health anxiety. Also variuos muscle pain. And a focus on that particular spot where you first felt pain. Nausea - also but vomitin may be less common. Lack of apetite - DEFINITLY! Fear of having a fatal disease may certainly cause you to loose apetite.
Anyway; I pray to God there is something else than pancreatitis. I am not going in details with symptoms here. I have noticed a slight intolerance to alcohol; but that is far from a dead give away sign of pancreatitis. Still, one night I felt a slight discomfort on my upper left side after drinking; not big; it lasted for some minutes, but still sign enough for concern.
But then again; I have had acid reflux since childhood so that may be connected? I dont know. Any one here with an idea?
Everyone around me is telleing me I am paranoid; none of them ever heard abut pancreatitis or knew anyone with that disease. But I have read so much scaring health information online it scares me stiff. My doctor says it is very unlikely to be pancreatitis and that is ascosciated with more severe pain.

I know this thread is really old, but was curious if any of you ever got answers. I have been dealing with the same thing for about 5 months now with no answers.
