Chronic pelvic pain

Hi I have never done this but im in desperate needs of advice or help on what to do. It started all when I was 15 stared my period off thing I was never taken to a doctor due to I was in a foster home. My period gave me fever shaking horrible pain. Then I had my first kid at 22 my pain got manable now after 3 kids I still have lots of pain even bleed after intercourse. I always tell my gynecologist about it. Pap test “normal” vaginal ultrasounds “norma” regulars ultrasounds “normal” my pain over the years are more instance I can’t sleep. Made an appointment my gynecologist told me it sounds like you have endometriosis gave me hormones pills to “stop my period” I have periods twice three times a month. Got feed up and went to the ER last night the doctor there said can’t do any test unfortunately they all show anything the only way is to do is a laparoscopy. But I can give you pain meds. I said no I have a 2 years old can’t be on pain meds. I Want to know what’s going on with me. I’m 29 now I have an appointment tmr with my gynecologist. What can I do I don’t enjoy any physical activities anymore. What can I do. Please help
