Chronic Prostatitis for 3 months, some advice please

Hi I am a 21 male living in Melbourne, I got prostatitis from a sex worker oversea through oral sex. Within 24 hours, I started to feel itchy in perineum and after 1 week I have pain in urethra, upper thigh and lower abdomen.

Time line:

Week 1: A got full STD test and all came back negative

Week 4: My doctor suspected fungus so I was prescribed "flagyl" for 1 week which did not work.

Week 7: I got tested positive for Ureaplasma Urealyticum in my semen and prescribed "azithromycin" single dose but that didnt work for my symptoms.

Week 8 I got test for Ureaplasma urealyticum again which came back clear. I was surprised because symptoms doesnt subside at all.

Now is week 11 and from week 2 I have been eating broccolli and other supplements also Kai Kit Wan.

GENERAL SYMPTOMS:

+ Discomfort and pain in the lower abdomen (above groin), the feeling like theres something boggy inside

+ Constant tension pulling inward in lower abdomen

+ The exhaust feeling and general pain in the penis and testicle after ejaculation,

+ A littble urine leakage and difficulty pushing the last few drop out (this started in Week 9 or so, prior to that I peeing was fine)

+ All other sort of pain and discomfort in lower abdomen in groin, perineum, thigh T_T

WEIRD SYMPTOMS:

+ I don't have urine frequency though because I see almost everyone have this symptom.

+ In Week 8, after taking azithromycin for 12 days I got a rash and pain everywhere around my body for 1.5 weeks also fatigue but no fever. I was scared of a viral infection but no visible symptoms came up so Im waiting til week 12 to test to have a full STD test again.

My current plan

I am seeing my Urologist next week, I hope to get a DRE test, PCR test and PSA test. Also full STD test after 12 weeks,

My questions:

+ Is my second Ureaplasma urealyticum  test reliable, is there anychance that the bacteria is still in there but the test can not get it?

+ Is there much difference between prostate fluid and semen test because doesn't semen contain prostate fluid as well?

I'm waiting to see a urologist too. Do yourself a favour and never drink caffeine or eat tomatoes cooked or definately not spicy food. This happens for different reasons for different people. Mine was a food allergy, toys

... Continued... Yours sounds like it might be a bit different. Anti inflammatory medicines are a good move like naproxen or quercetin. Good luck.

Tomatoes may not help prostatitis but eating tomatoes may lower the risk of prostate cancer, research suggests.

Men who consume more than 10 portions of tomatoes each week reduce their risk by about 20%, according to a UK study.

Sorry to hear about that. Its a shame that youre getting inconsistent results. Sounds like a dodgy issue. Have you considered getting  diagnosis or treatment from a urology specialist abroad?   I had a similar issue in my family regarding various disagreements in treatment among 3 doctors in Russia. Luckily we were directed to a german doctor in a private clinic who seemlessly treated my aunts condition.  I still have contact with them if you would like.
