I am absolutely miserable I am a 30 year old male who feels 90 I know a lot of you most likely have it worse than me but this is the absolute worst infection disease whatever you want to call it I call it hell not to be dramatic but this is awful I am not on here just to complain but I just don't get why no hospitals or Specialists are studying this whole riffic disease.

I have tried so many things nothing works I want my prostate removed at this point and here is the weirdest thing MY SEMEN IS CHUNKY AND LIKE STRINGS OF SPAGHETTI nasty I know. But here is the worst a doctor says "what's wrong with that why does it matter" really?! Ya my gf going to love that coming at her. It's like they don't care and no one is willing to work on it.wjy can't we all stand to get her they do the als challenge etc this may not be life threatening but it's life altering!!!! Any cures????

Hawk.  For one thing.  If a doctor told you that it's time for a new doctor.  He did not have to right to say that He is not a caring doctor.  But there is hope I have a firiend that is 32,  He had been dealing with prostatitis from the time he was 17.  I don't know what meds he is on but he only has some brakeouts now.  Just get another doctor so they can start you on some meds to get you on track.  There is home.  Having your prostate out is not the answer.  Just more problem  Ken

What ken said. Doc ever said that to me he'd need help. You pay him. Not the other way around. Get a new doc. Talk to someone else. He obviously doesnt care

Appreciate the response and ya he is already my second uro. I'm type a and guess I but heads with these idiot docs. But that was ridiculous.

But it's just crazy why isnt more time spent researching cures/advancements on this??

And if you can find out the mess you were talking about I would appreciate it.

Also anyone have experience with Flomax km worried about retrograde ejacualtion? But I hate not sleeping throughout the he night?

Do you have good flow when peeing? Thats all Flowmax is going to help with.

Got it thanks I thought it would help me sleep through the night and stop the dribbling after

Are you taking flomax now? I not bear in mind it effect your iris. At 30 cateract surgery is a long way off but flowmax can make it more difficult for the surgeon

And sorry I am new to this so I don't know how to add to this discussion without replying to myself.

But how do you guys deal with the dribbling post urination if I shake it anymore mine as well call it the shake weight. Poor guy has whip lash.

But yet it still dribbles after urinating how does the swollen prostate effect that no doctor can tell me? Has that symptom come and gone for you by chance ..it's extremely embarrassing and makes you not want to do a lot of things.

    Thanks

Hawk  Just reply to the people that reply to you  Get a new doctor and get off Flomax.  There are other meds that will help and will not cause retro.  There are caring doctors out there you just have to keep looking.  And if I were you I would file a complainr with the office ot the hospital that doctor is with.  That was very inappropriate.  Good luck Ken
