I am absolutely miserable I am a 30 year old male who feels 90 I know a lot of you most likely have it worse than me but this is the absolute worst infection disease whatever you want to call it I call it hell not to be dramatic but this is awful I am not on here just to complain but I just don't get why no hospitals or Specialists are studying this whole riffic disease.
I have tried so many things nothing works I want my prostate removed at this point and here is the weirdest thing MY SEMEN IS CHUNKY AND LIKE STRINGS OF SPAGHETTI nasty I know. But here is the worst a doctor says "what's wrong with that why does it matter" really?! Ya my gf going to love that coming at her. It's like they don't care and no one is willing to work on it.wjy can't we all stand to get her they do the als challenge etc this may not be life threatening but it's life altering!!!! Any cures????

Hi, Hawkeye,
Like many of us, you sound frustrated and rightfully so. In your research have you come across the prostatitus foundation? They have a web site that I came across last night while researching bladder stones. There's a link on their site for prostate stones, and that might give you some info on the chunky semen.
A lot of docs I've dealt with on my urinary issues this past year seem to be clueless on how these issues change our lives. That's why we have to keep pushing to find the info and treatment we need.
Best of luck to you!

I feel the pain and suffering that your going through, im in the same situation but mostly towards the size of my prostate. As of now, doctors dont know what can they do for me to get better. Almost everyone of them have given up on me.......I tried using health forums but most likely people are just going to recommend operation, in which sounds stupid because most likely every man wants to have their own kids in the future. Anyways, all i could suggest is taking less fluids. Im doing that at night and just make my self not think of urinating. I know it doesnt help but I hope somehow, we would be able to find a cure to our miserable lives. Best of luck to you! window.post_1482106970852_7 = function(win,msg){

And I'm thinking and will be going to ucsf I want to try it there.
And no surgery for vericocele as I beard people with complications of pain after wards I don't want kids screw that so I'm not worried about that but I don't want the pain

I don't think prostate removal is the answer for you at 30 yrs old. Find another doc that shows an intrest wanting to help you.

Idk..I know we discussed Flomax nm but was told that's just to let more out I think I need to numb the bladder muscles etc...anyone have any luck with anything?

Good Morning Hawkeye. I was doing some looking on the internet. First of all that doctor was rude and he should have not said that to you. I'm going to see if I can help you in some way. First with the sperm. A ejaculation can cum in different way. It all depends on your fluild intake You have to make sure you are drinking enough . Some men have thrick and some have very thin ejaculation. It also depends on how offen you have sex either intercourse or doing it yourself. For me I'm 61 never had a lot but it came in different ways. Sometimes clear or white or both. If I wait 3 or 4 days it come out in a few strings. I still had 3 kids. At 30 I would not worry about it unless you find some blood in it. Also the prostate has to be taking care of. Vitamin D is very good and also zink. You also have to watch what you eat I just read that you have to watch your red meat. and limit chicken and if you do have it without the skin. Because it is high in carcinagenic. Eggs and diary you have to watch and your suger comsumption is high in carbohydrates. Suger increases livels of cytakines climicals that results in inflamation of the prostate. Life is hard. When we are young we think we can do anything or eat anything but it catches up with us sooner or later. The main thing is to fine a urologist to start to care about you. Prostatitis can be lived with. My urologist told me that all men have a form of it. Myself I get pain in my groin and my penis goes numb. But I deal with it. I'm not going to have anything taking out because I want to enjoy my life not start new problem. Take care Ken

Thanks...so has anyone found anything that helps then sleep at night and not having to pee. It'd weird it's not just that I have to pee...it feels like someone is squeezing my bladder and it's painful once I urinate than the pain is gone immediately ..but went from once a night urination to 3 last few nights. I know as we age it happens but no way at 30? I know Flomax helps the flow etc but anything that helps not needing to urinate ?? I already don't drink anything a few hours before bed..thanks guys

I used to do that to. Not drink hours before bed. Convinced myself it was helping. Wake up a couple times to pee. Some nights I would still get up 6 or 7 times. Had trouble doing anything. Throat so dry I couldn't hardly swallow. After a few years of that I said that's enough.

I don't drink much fluid after supper. I usually get up 1 or 2 times a night. I have also noticed if I wake up with a real urgencey to pee I have a very poor stream Almost like there is a cramp holding things up. If I pee without urgencey it flows pretty good

Had the symptoms for years. Finally bph kicked in hard. Then had tests done showed enlarged. Had TURP to take care of the retention and such. Haven't had the prostititis symptoms since.

OK how about this how do you guys falls back asleep when you wake up at night or when you used to this question is for everyone? Also tell me is it the same for you I need to urinate but it's not the typical I need to pee it's a painful cramping lower stomach pain but once I urinate pain is gone? Does that happen to anyone else or did it happen. Just the prostate causing pain on the bladder I guess?

Reg gold standard TURP. I got lucky. My doc is a real god doc. Very professional but super nice guy. Really cares about his patients and how there treated. He doesn't care how busy he is. If I need to see him or need a follow up appointment, he tells his girls to fit me in. He doesn't care how they do it. Stayed away from the no fly zones. Didn't screw me up. From the things I seen in here and what you have said, I got real lucky

He told me about possible side effects. But was confident would be no problem. The hospital I go to has all the latest toys. He told me with the new equipment and such it makes it much easier to do the job right. That hospital always had the best equipment. They got messed up bad a couple times by bad floods. Now they have all new stuff. Even the food is awesome. First night there I had lemon chicken for dinner. Second night was sirloin tips in gravey.Lol. They don't hire any nurses that haven't completed there schooling. Other places will hire nurses after they completed 2 years as long as they are enrolled to do the 2 more years needed to be real nurses.

I wonder if he did a button plasma turp With that they have more control and can move around more instead of the blade. Not a fan of turp but ever man has the right to what ever procedure he pics. Some doctors don't explain it all they just say all will be the same and they when it's not they start to complain. Information is the key to any procedure. Take care and I am glad all worked out for you Ken
