Chronic reaction to steroid shot

ive had Pelvic pain and sitbone pain for 6 months.getting some help but cant sit down,in severe pain 24-7 my muscles have wasted away from sitbone so went to see pain specialist he knew my medical history that i have fibromyalgia and me and are extremely hypersensitive to medication.but he was confident to give me two steroid shots in my buttocks.within an hour i was in excruciating pain like ive ever felt before.after 7 days of the pain getting worse it felt like id been injected with concrete.i went back to the doctor and he said he had never seen this reaction before and there was nothing he could do to help. and he didn't know if i would stay in this much pain.he offered strong pain killers but im allergic to them.i am physically and mentally in a bad way and need help if anyone knows how to get rid of steroid injections from your body.please help
