Chronic right side flank/abdominal pain. After 2 years still no answers!?

I have been experiencing right side flank pain for right at 2 years now. When it began it was not so frequent but every few months I would end up in the hospital with the same symptoms. Sharp to dull throbbing pain in my right side. Here in the last 6 months it's has turned into an everyday nauseating pain. I have been in the hospital twice in the last week. The pain I can only relate to passing kidney stones, as when I was 18 passed 5 massive stones out of my right kidney as well as it causing a kidney infection that lasted for several months. I have had numerous CT scans here recently. The only finding was stones in my appendix however it was not enlarged. There were no kidney stones in any of my last scans and only other finding was an enlarged right ovary along with a smaller cyst on the right ovary as well. They then did an ultrasound of my bladder and ovaries both on top and transvaginal. Which resulted in no further clues or answers. I have had urine samples taken. They discovered I had 2 different strands of bacteria as well as blood in my urine. (Doctors believed it was a contaminated sample ugh!) I have had blood in my urine the last 4-5 samples they have taken over the last year (which I was told is normal for some women) ugh! They have done numerous blood tests. The only unusual blood results that came back was high bilirubin and low lipase levels? I have had 2 colonoscopies in the last 6 months...everything was normal. My PA believed at first it was my IBS bothering me. Let me tell you this pain is nothing compared to IBS!! My GI specialist now wants to send me to a muscular skeletal Doctor? My pain does seem to increase with movement so my GI does not believe it is from my bowels! I have been bounced back and forth from my family physician to GI specialists multiple times and I am starting to believe I'm never going to figure out what is going on!? The pain has now effected my life in more ways than one, my job has been put on hold, I have an almost 2 year old son and it breaks my heart when it hurts to bad to play with him or pick him up and do the "normal" tasks that come along with a child, and I am also to the point that I get very emotional when meeting new doctors. I just want my life back! I have also noticed that my pain seems to ease off when I wake up in the mornings and gradually over the day it continue to get worse. I have been prescribed muscle relaxers(one before bedtime), pain medication (which helps occasionally when they are willing to prescribe it), antidepressants, and have tried many others over the last 2 years. In the last 3months it has just been unbearable. I am Also awaiting an appointment with an OBGYN for laparoscopic procedure for endometriosis. However, the flank pain is right below my ribs...just to high up for me to believe endometriosis is effecting it. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'm looking for answers since my medical bills are piling up and still no answers from the professionals sad anything will help I'm open to any new tests or procedures I have started thinking about seeing a spine specialist to see if maybe a nerve or disk is causing radiating pain...however I still believe the pain area to be directly where my right kidney is!!!!

You have Nephroptosis (Dropping Kidney)... If they will take X rays while you're laying down and again with you Standing Up they'll see the kidney Drop Into the Lower Abdomen. It's pulling - stretching causing Nerve Damage and Excruciating AGONY!

I Fought for 7 years to get someone to listen. The Dr's removed all of My nonessential organs but nothing relieved the Pain. After the Nephropexy (securing the kidney) I was Immediately 2000% Better!!!

God Bless and Find a Dr to Listen (Urologist is Best)

I think this is what I have. I was diagnosed with a squased ureter when I was 18, 22 years ago. But I was on holiday down south (uk) at the Tim an had no follow up treatments. I've had two infections this year and I'm going back to my Dr with a suspected third this week. How were you diagnosed please? And I know puj can cause flank pain but can you get it under your ribs too? Dr kept saying it was muscular! Thank you so much x
