I am a 24 year old male, who is about to marry. I have been facing breathing difficulties since 2013-14 and been to many doctors till date. All my reports viz., HR-CT Chest,X Rays,Thyroid are normal. Only my vitamin D levels were low and have taken treatment for the same.Still my symptoms persisted. Later I visited a phychiatrist who prescribed me Paxivero CR 25 & Prazil pro.I took these medications for a month and later discontinued them due to the fear of side effects. Currently I am facing constant shortness of breathe, tightness in throat, stiff neck and dizzeness sometimes. Please help me.Suggest some natural ways to treat it.I am afraid of medicines, now I cant even visit a doctor as he will ask me take the medicines which I dont want to.I make take them in later stages of life once I become a father but help me to relieve these symptoms.I have not yet told these things to my gonna be partner as my doctor told so.I wasnt experiencing these symptoms since last one month all of a sudden I wored tight clothes and my symptoms are back.Take me out of this.suggest some ways to get back to normal and about side effects of those anti depressants.

your breathing difficulties are most likely caused by anxiety and stress. Anti-depressants take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to really kick in. Usually the symptoms or side effects subside after that
. For immediate relief of your breathing difficulty, it’s important that you learn proper breathing for anxiety. It is the key to relaxing your breathing as well as heart rate.
The best thing I can tell you right now is to go on YouTube and search for breathing exercises for anxiety or mindfulness breathing exercises.
It helps maintain the proper oxygen and carbon dioxide ratio which will ease your breathing. it also keeps you in the present moment so that your mind is not all over the place like in the past or in the future.
there are a lot of discussions on YouTube about what you are going through. Sometimes we have an underlying anxiety that we are not even aware of that causes shortness of breath and other symptoms.
do things to relax your mind. getting some exercise can calm things down. Stay away from caffeine, eat healthy go for walks, make sure you get time to smile and laugh! don’t take life too seriously. You’ll be OK and if it gets really bad speak with a counselor who can also help! Take care
