Chronic sinusitis (?); What Do I Do?

Hello, all..
I am desperate for some advice or suggestions on how to feel better...
Since having a baby in March of 2015, I've had severe issues with my sinuses. I had sinus headaches and received shots as a child, but everything went away until a couple of years ago. I began having gunk in my throat, and have had to spit up in a tissue (sorry, gross) about every 20 min (more frequent if I eat/drink something).
I have an incredible amount of pressure for about 75% of my day, and about 50% of that includes a headache. I was having them every day at one point. I've seen my ENT, primary physician, a headache/pain specialist, an ophthalmologist, and an allergist. I was on injections for allergies for about 8 months, but decided to move to proponolol (blood pressure med) in lieu of it since it seemed to be helping more (can't do both since pro. is an NSAID).
I've done sinus rinses (with liquid steroid), nasal sprays (with and without steroid), congestion medication, claritan/allegra, naps in the dark with a washcloth, hot showers, surgeries (one to fix deviated septum, other to remove polyps), and botox. The blood pressure medication seems to have worked the best so far, which leads me to believe that perhaps it's /not/ allergies..? But that also doesn't make sense... the pressure is exactly where my sinuses are, and my allergist says I'm allergic to nearly everything under the sun.
Some weird things: nose is always dry, never stuffed. The only drainage I get is at the top of my throat. Nothing ever comes out with the sinus rinse (except with the rare, stuffed/runny nose that comes with a cold). Sprays have never seemed to help, and for the past week, after using them I started getting bloody noses. I'm getting more blood in the mucus in my nose and throat (though this is probably because it's rather dry here).
I average a sinus infection ~once every two months. I've been on every antibiotic under the sun. I take vitamins and probiotics. Antibiotics don't seem to help entirely, though sometimes the symptoms lessen enough for me to still live life like normal.
My ENT doesn't really know what to do anymore, though I do have an appointment to see him on Monday- maybe he'll have some advice. My primary physician said I need to see a headache specialist and gave me pain meds, but I take enough meds already, so I don't like having to resort to them. My headache doctor has complete faith that the botox his office provides will fix me, but I haven't noticed a difference (except REALLY intense pain and throbbing with the injections that I don't believe is normal...?).
After seeing all the doctors a few times, I feel like I'm mostly waved away at appointments. Like there's nothing more they can do, so live with it. I have an amazing life, but the quality of it is at an all time low right now... I really don't know what to do.
Does anyone have anything similar? Or know what it could be/how to attempt to fix it?
Thank you so much for taking the time to read.

I missed your request for more information on Evening Primrose Oil.
I take a 1000mg capsule with a glass of water, at any time of the day. It works extremely well for allergies, such as hay fever, rhinitis, and allergic sinusitis, as it desensitises the nervous system so that it does not react to normal irritations that cause the problem.
However, it does not cure infections caused by viruses, as these are not allergy problems.
I trust this information is useful to you in your search for a cure for your complaint.
Kind regards Ray.

Hi, all! I went to my ENT, but like usual, he was pretty much stumped and sort of waved me away. He gave me some Alcholol to use in my sinus irrigation, but dang! That stuff hurts like crazy when I do it.
He also stuck a long tube in my nose and sucked out some mucus. On the car ride home, I felt GREAT. I thought, hey.. that suction worked wonders! Once I'd been home for several hours, though, the headache returned.
I was walking at a nearby celebration type event and caught the eye of a Chiropractor at his booth. I had a chiropractor many years ago, but stopped going after having a kiddo since I didn't really have the time or effort after that.
We spoke and I made an appointment with him. I went yesterday and he was amazing! He did a test in which he tested each vertebrae and received a number on how out of alignment it was. My upper neck should have been a '3' on average. It was 43. He looked at me and said, "I believe we've found a possible way to help your sinus issues."
He explained that if the electrical charges from the brain aren't able to fire off to the appropriate portion of your body, obviously.. trouble is going to occur. He also did an x-ray, and while he was viewing the results behind the partician, he was giddy and told me he thought I'd be blown away by the results.
Now, I understand any doctor would probably say these things, but what he said made sense. I recieved an adjustment (very painful at first, but very relaxed on my drive home) and made another appointment. I have a killer headache today, but I'm hopeful that after a few visits, I'll get some relief.
I saw some people had the same issue above, and wanted to share in case this hasn't been attempted.

That is very interesting about the chiropractor, I have seen a few posts mentioning it. Can you let me know how you get on please?
Pretty much resided to the fact ENT"s don't care much about your suffering!

Headache-free since the first session! He mentioned my jaw is very much out of alignment and placing it back in the appropriate angle would take the pressure off my sinuses. Thomas, I'd say perhaps go to an initial appointment and specifically have them x-ray your jaw. Do you have TMJ or any stiffness/pain in it?

I have just discovered your post, so a belated welcome.
I am sure you will be a good candidate for Evening Primrose Oil, as your history is similar to mine.
This is a miracle cure for allergies, and it works almost immediately, so it soon becomes obvious that it is cure for your complaint.
I was so relieved when this oil cured my chronic complaint that I took it for twelve months to completely desensitise my ultra sensitive sinuses.
Give it a good trial, so that your body can recover back to normal.
I am confident that you also will find Evening Primrose Oil a miracle cure for your problems.
Kind Regards, Ray.

Please take the 1000mg Evening Primrose Oil capsule, or two of the 500mg capsules daily. The cost in Australia is about 10 cents.
