Chronic testicular pain

I’ve had chronic testicular pain over last 10 years I have had ultra sound many times 

Mri scan blood tests I have seen 4 diffrent urologists also othe drs and have been admitted in hospital due to the level of pains they can’t find out what it is 

Basically I have itchy thighs and scrotum 

And when I have a bowl movement I have white liquid discharge similar to seman I guess I am taking morphine tramadol codeine paracetamol pregabalin 

So many pain killers they barely take the edge away dr is considering doing operation to cut the nerves what should I do 

Please help if anyone has had similar symptoms thank you

    Some possibilities are a cyst on your testicle which causes me pain like yours. Also epididimytis will cause this pain. Other possibilities are a big varicocele. All these problems can be fixed. Good luck.
