Chronic urethral pain w no UTI female

Hey everyone. 32 yo female, dealing with debilitating urethra pain with & without UTI for 10 years. I have been searching for any answers & have been to countless doctors with absolutely no one being able to help or diagnose a condition. I wanted to share what has helped me be symptom free for 2 weeks. I know that’s not long but it’s a triumph for me as the pain has been constant for so long. I cut out coffee, I only drink water & have white wine at night. And 1 tsp ACV I’m water daily. A small change but it has really helped. Anyone who has found other helpful things, I’d love to know!

    Have you ever been tested for interstitial cystitis? Urethral strictures? What doctors have you seen have you been seen by a urologist?

      Yes I have been tested with the scope and seen a urologist w no abnormally seen. I was not completely diagnosed with IC however I do have many of the symptoms such as the absence of mucous lining in many areas of my body. So was tilt that was a possibility
