Hello ladies, was just wondering if anyone going through horrible debilitating meno symptoms like me have had any positive results from cider vinegar? I was talkin to someone today and she advised me to try it but I have no idea of how much , how often and where from and what type ? Any things worth a go. Thanks girls , hugs xx

Yeah I've tried it a few times for different things. You need good quality organic and preferably it looks kind of cloudy in the bottle.

I can't remember why homeopath told me cloudy is better.

I just put about 1 tablespoon in a little water and drink it.

It was fairly helpful with acid reflux but I found ginger to be better.

Supposed to be good for weight loss too.

vinegar in general lowers blood sugar so for those experiencing hypoglycemia in peri would do well to avoid it

    needs to be researched

Hi, Ladies:  Every morning a half hour before breakfast I take a coffee cup and I put two Tbs. of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR WITH MOTHER in my cup and then I put a tsp. of organic honey...add half cup water...microwave until very warm, and drink down.  It seems to keep me more healthy then when I didn't drink it.  I believe it helps you lose weight, too, but I can't tell because i have a vaginal prolapse which retains a lot of fluids, but my clothes are getting bigger on me.  Hope this helps...Do it twice a day if you like...HUGS.  ps. apple cider vinegar WITH MOTHER is better for you.  you can get it in the health food dept...
