Circle inside my eye

It has been more than 4 yr this under eye but it's not look like dark circle

    Is this a white circle that has formed within the coloured part [iris] of your eye? and how old are you?

      This is under my eye it has same colour like my skin but when i click some photos it's look like a swelling
