Circulatory symptoms?

Has anyone else experienced circulatory symptoms?

I was laying down the other night like anyone normally would and I woke up to my right side of my back numb. It was the side I was laying on but I have done this many times in the past. However this time I experienced numbness. Again, has anyone else noticed limbs or other areas numb a little more easily?

I am not sure if i have had it quite like that but i do know i have had numb tingling sensations in random places on random days. It is a weird feeling no doubt but they to shall pass. It is so hard not to get on google when symptoms pop up. I have tried to rap my head around the fact that it is mono but from the looks of the forum it is normal to worry and be scared and of course have anxiety. All you can do is try to let it go try to be healthy and build immune system and by all means don't push yourself and make it worse. I am at work everyday wanting to try to do more and be more helpful and be the man i used to be but i know better because that is what got it this bad in the first place.

I don't know if this has happened to you or anyone else but I notice doing something as little as carrying a box with some general goods makes my arm tire/weak faster than before mono. Have you or anyone else experienced this during mono? I received a package from ups and met the driver at his truck and took the package back to my house and noticed the lactic acid in my arm as i took it back built up faster than usual

    Hey Jayce,

I definitely had a lot of tinging and strange kind of twitching and odd sensations and pains in different parts of my body when going through mono. The body truly does take a beating with this thing, but it will recovery Jayce and these kind of symptoms can be very normal but it is equally normal that they will disappear completely as you start to get better - that was my experience and hoping and praying and believing it will be for you too - and don't panic if it takes a little time for everything to settle, that can be normal too, because you will get there.

One analogy I remember likening this virus to in the past was like a mental breakdown, but for your body. The normal things that your body was able to cope with all of a sudden it can't anymore and it just needs complete time and space to recover and rebuild again. But your body has amazing powers of recovery Jayce, thanks to God it won't be beaten by this thing and even though you are experiencing tough and intense symptoms right now, you won't always feel this way and your body resilience and strength will return again - truly it will - I remember feeling so fragile as if my body couldn't cope with any kind of normal level of activities for a good period during this, but with God's help it got strong again and I strongly believe that your body is going to get strong again too with a little time.

Thinking of you and thanks again for your kind words and support for me too at this time when you have been feeling so unwell, you are a real blessing to this forum thank you!

Thanks for the reassurance Craig. It is very much needed at this point in my life. I really do appreciate your time. I was having a hard time falling asleep and saw that I had notifications from you via email. Since my mind has been racing with different thoughts of what I've been going through, your words have brought me comfort and have put me at ease.

I know how much reassurance and support I needed on a daily basis when going through this virus, it frightened me so much and I went through a lot of anxiety and worry with it too like you have been by the sounds of it. These things truly are the worst and I wouldn't wish them upon anyone.

But the horrors of this virus will pass Jayce, it's hard to see or feel that when in the midst of it and feeling so horrible every day with it I know. Please know that there is recovery and healing and breakthrough ahead, I really believe that Jayce and that even if it's not overnight that you will get back to FULL health with this with a little time.

Thinking about you and will keep you in my prayers for sure. We're not on our own in our troubles God is with us, so grateful for that.

      Craig
