Circumcision recovery after 1 month

Hey!
I have been circumcisised exactly one month ago due to phimosis. I got a partial/loose circumcision (when I'm flaccid, my glans is like 50% covered by remaining foreskin). Because of the swelling, I couldn't retract my foreskin for the first two weeks after operation. It got infected on one side at the end of the first week, but it got away after my doctor prescribed me some antibiotics.
It isn't so painful anymore, I still have some white-yellow discharge, but the doctors said it is the part of the healing proccess. The only thing that is painful/extra sensitive is the meatus. It is swollen and if anything touches it, it stings/hurts a lot for a brief moment. When I pee, it takes a few seconds for it to come out, but I guess that'll get better after some time.
So now the main part: The right side under corona healed okay (first picture) but the left side and back isn't looking so great (second and third picture). Why is it healing so different? Or is it something wrong with the left side? On the back it seems that a little skin bridge is present, it's painful when I'm erect. When erect, I can't pull my foreskin behind the corona, like 0,5-1cm stays on the glans.

Hi Man. It does look quite sore and inflamed still. Did you always have phimosis or did it develop over time? can I ask how old you are?
I think you should have it checked again with your doctor it is very slow to heal. I also think you could have a skin condition like lichen sclerosus. this could be the reason why it is slow to heal and also causing the problems you're having with your meatus.
From your photos I think the scar from the circumcision is close to the glans? If so you have a low circumcision. you could still have some swelling this could be the reason that you foreskin is rolling up over the glans when flaccid.

Thanks for the answer!
I always had some trouble with retracting foreskin when erect, but phimosis developed over time. I'm 27 years old.
Yeah I guess I had a low circumcision, the doctors didn't explain any details, only some recovery tips. I'll check with my doctor on monday.
