Cit to sertaline

hi has anyone sucessfully changed from citalopram to sertraline? I have been on citalopram since july last year amd slowly have moved up to 30mg however, its never really worked great for me this time around and feel im pretty much as bad as when i started it so frustrating as have taken it before and it worked well years ago. gp suggested trying sertraline but i am terrified of changing incase i feel even worse and start up on cit this time around was horrific. any advice would be amazing ❤
