hi ive siffered with anxiety for years its health anxiety i worry im going to die all the time n leave my kids with no mum everypsin in my body i think the worst ie heart attack stroke brain tumer my anxiety is really bad at thr munute and my doctor has prescribed me 10mg off citalapam ive read up on them and seem deaths from propke taking them or a change in heart rythms im so scared to take them help

I was exactly the same before i started my Citalopram, i got put straight on to 20mg and i found my anxiety sky rocketed for a week then started to calm down, it is a really big roller coaster ride, but im not 15weeks in and feel alot better than i did before ! All the scary stuff will calm down and sort its self out, you just got to keep strong and beat down the anxiety. It is a hard time.in the beginning but it gets easier x
