hi there i understand being scared its the unknown of it all . i started on 10mgs and wasn't to bad side effect wise and they ease off quickly but i had to go up to 20mgs as i wasn't coping very well . everones journey is diffrent and some people sail through some people get all the side effects i was one of the unlucky ones but don't let that deter you from upping if you need to . whats the reason for you thinking of going on these ? if that's ok to ask . 10mgs does work for alot of people and thats all they need but each dose does need alot of time months not weeks to take effect . but don't be scared of the side effects yes there not nice but they do pass with time hope this helps alittle

hi dianne, I'm on 10 mg now for 8 weeks or so side effects come and go but this past few days i've had a real dizzy feeling in my head, I'm still trying to figure out the best time of day to take mine but in general i have noticed a bit of difference still have no interest in doing anything only go to my work which sometimes is a struggle... I'm willing to continue on with the dosage I've read its not weeks its months when you start to feel a real difference, I'll give it as long as it takes
