Im going into my 4thweek of citalapram 10mg. Today i feel my worries & irrational thinking as got worse again & anxiety is high. Anyone else experience this? And had a positive outcome? Thanks

I've never taken 10mg as I was started on 20mg but they take a while to work and increased anxiety is one of many side effects. I hope you feel much better soon. Hang on in there.
