Citalipram 11 weeks in still really anxious 😰

hello every one first time posting hear. iv been on citalipram for 11 weeks now 1 week on 10 mg

5 weeks 20mg and 5 weeks on 30mg and still feelings really anxious also last week and a half been waking with a pretty strong head ache like a hang over head ache just look for reassurance realy also had a anxiety free morning and afternoon yesterday lol only fleeting hours in of relife befor this. also just wondering if my dose could be to high. thanks 🙏 this is also my second time on citalipram

    Every time you up the dose the side effects start all over. Settle into your dose for at least 8-9 weeks in my experience. I'm on week 10 and am finally leveling off from the side effects.
