hey i just want to share my story its a bit personnal but i believe who better to get advice from than random people who dont know you from adam? so here goes before christmas last year i was involved in a serious accident that left me with permanent disfigurement ( 3rd degree burns ) i immediately went into depression and constantly saying what if but it doesnt change the fact it happened and now i have to live with it i was in a very bad way and still am in a bad way my doctor put me on citalpram 2 weeks in and i feel like the side effects have gone but all im ever do is over thinking everything i cant live a normal life and my head is constantly thinking of the incident it anyone has experiences anything sinilar ill be grateful for help

    Can you see a therapist? That has helped me more than anything else

      does it actually work? i feel like at this point ill never adapt to change and my self confidence has completely gone
