Citalopram 20mg - heaving in morning

Hi, it is 3 weeks since I started taking 10mg for week 1, then increased to 20mg. Initially felt very tired and naseous, had a lack of appetite already, but it is even worse now. However my main concern is since increasing the dose to 20mg I am heaving in the mornings (properly deep from the belly and chest). I take the tablet on the evenings. The heaving is so bad it makes my eyes water. I'm not sure if tge medication is causing this or something else. Will discuss with gp but interested to hear from others. I cant work with this.

    I know its horrible but its unfortunately normal. stick with it you should see results within 6 - 8 weeks. doctor might want you to change meds but believe me it not worth it as it will become a never ending game of switching. they all have horrible side effects but they go away.
