Citalopram 20mg week 9 don’t no if it’s a blip

been on citalopram 20mg for 9 weeks. seem to be having a really bad couple of days. after having a couple of good weeks. how do i know if i need to change my dose or even medicine.

    This is perfectly normal. Its called a setback / blip. This is how the meds / recovery works. Its never in a straight line. Your anxiety will fluctuate as you recover so some days / weeks will feel much worse than other times.

    Just keep going on the meds - expect a bumpy rough ride. It will iron itself out over time.

    9 weeks is early days. It can take 6 months (less / more).
