    Hi Ant,

I'm on day 4 - I take them on an evening at around 8pm. I've found the night time horrors wake me up and then I'm restless throughout part of the night. I've been telling myself the only reason I'm having these horrible thoughts is that its the medication and its not real. I needed the loo 2 nights ago and felt too scared to go even though my partner was laid next to me. I made myself in the end but I can see how easy it would be to go into one!

Hopefully this is the worst part at the beginning and it'll start getting easier from now on. I'm glad I'm only on 10mg as its a strong drug - I don't think I could cope with any stronger than this.

Let's hope tonight is better night for us both. You're not alone!

    Nicky
