a lot longer for anxiety I'm afraid I'm weel 6 on my dose of 20mg and still no let up in anxiety x around about the 8 week mark you should start noticing some small improvements and it will get better from there. did 20mg not help you at all?

It did but there is a long way to go I think months rather than weeks

that's the best way to look at it. months rather than weeks and then if it happens sooner then that's great!

stick to the 30mg as long as you can x everytime you change dose it restarts all over again 🙄

how are you feeling at the minute?

the fact your mood is improving is a good sign 😊 depression seems to clear up quicker than anxiety for some reason. I wish it was both the same time lol x

Hi June/it will take 10/12 weeks to get your anxiety levels on course.

Everyone is different. It may not take as long as people here are saying.

I find my anxiety symptoms are the first to go, then the depression.

Just keep hanging in there! As long as you have some improvement, it’ll keep getting better.
