It differs from each person. When I’ve increased, it calmed by anxiety pretty quickly but I’m still very depressed.

If you had quite a few improvements tho, you either need to give it a few more weeks to get the full benefits, or another increase will get rid of the remaining anxiety.

    Good luck!

hey June! the detatched thing seems to be pretty populous atm. I know so many people who have suffered with anxiety this time round who have it. me included x I hate it! I feel for you.

not everyone is the same like nina said but my personal experience and for a lit of people anxiety for some can take a lot lot longer.

I'm on 30mg day 4 and feel horrific but 6 weeks really is such early early days. it takes longer than they say.

first time I recovers in 6weeks.

    second time in 12 weeks

this time I'm 6 weeks altogether with no improvement whatsoever. it really can take a while x

the detatched feeling did you have it before or after starting the meds? x

6 weeks on the same dose is still early. it will take more time to stabilise. just keep going I know how you feel can be so worrying when you start thinking that the medication is not working properly. you are already seeing some benefits which is great. some people only started to see benefits after about 12 weeks even longer.
