Citalopram 40 mg

Hi. I have been on citalopram 30 mg for about 2 and a half years with really great success. 95% of the time i was completely me! Unfortunately last month due to stress i crushed really bad. Anxiety and depression returned with vengeance. So doc upped me to 40 mg. I am i the beginning of week 3. The side effects war awful dry mouth, intrusive thoughts, headache etc. and are still there. However i still can sleep 4-5 hours at night without any other medications and can eat, specially in the evening which is good.

Is there people with same experience? Please give me hope i will be back to normal.
