Citalopram after Sertraline stopped working

Hello, has anyone found success through Citalopram after long term use of another SSRI that pooped out. I was on Sertraline max dose 200mg for 16 brilliant years and felt completely normal. This pooped out 5 years ago and Psych added Mirtazapine. have spent that time on different doses of Mirtazapine combined with either Sertraline or Venlafaxine and never got better.

So here i am, on Day 4 of 20mg of Citalopram praying that this is the one. I've tried CBT, Mindfulness, Talking therapy, Yoga, meditation, hypnosis, diet change and exercise and nothing seems to help the awful anxiety like Sertraline used to. Just got everything crossed that Citalopram can work the same magic!
