Ive always been a small/fit person. Around 130lbs as far as I can remember. I use to work out quite a bit (still do when I feel better).
I think I’m currently 145 lbs (last time I checked). Biggest I’ve ever been. I’m sure citalopram put a bit of weight on since I haven’t switched any habits, but it happened so gradually that it’s hard to say. I've been on it for years.
Either way, I was in such a dark place the extra weight don’t bother me. It normally would have but having a extra few pounds on is just so much better than being extremely depressed and super anxious.
I gained most of my weight in my arms and bust area tho. A lot of people think I've gotten a boob job lol.
