I have been in this medication for years and it helps calm me down day to day. During covid I increased my dosage. It does work but takes time to kick in. You may not feel any difference in 11 days as it is a relatively short amount of time.

thank you so much for replying im on day 15 today and im really struggling with wanting to continue. this weeks been better than last so fingers crossed it will get better x
