Citalopram + Cerelle - cause of loss of libido?

Hi, I am currently on 20mg Citalopram for anxiety and until 3 weeks ago was also on Cerelle (mini-pill) for contraception. I recently came off Cerelle as believed it was the cause of my loss of libido but 3 weeks on I don't feel any different. I came off Citalopram at Christmas for a few months and it didn't solve the issue either, and I went back on it 1 month ago due to anxiety returning. Really not sure what to do, I am only in my 30's and want to have a healthy sex life, I have a fiance who is very understanding and never moans about the lack of sex in our relationship, but its me who wants to want it more. Do I need to give coming off the pill longer to notice a difference? Or do I really need to try and ditch both of the tablets to go back to normal and risk anxiety (and IBS) again?
