Citalopram day 12

Hi - day 12 - does this nausea eventually go ! No appetite whatsoever.

    I can only speak of my own experience.. was about 3 weeks for me that it went away. Good luck!  XX

    Yes, can also confirm that it will eventually go away. It varies for everyone so just put up with it and try and eat what you know you fancy and keep down. I found that I all I could do was just carry on and tried to ignore the nausea and eat anyway, had to force myself, but it kinda worked eventually.

    Rememebr there is no time limits to most side effects as it is different for each individual as is the type, amount and intensity.

    Hi - yes it will. I've started citalopram twice and kept a diary each time.

    I know that it feels like it will NEVER end and you will NEVER feel better but you will. Believe me you will. 

    Initially I took 10mg and as I remember after about a week my appetite had just started to return and then disappeared again when I upped my dose to 20mg but came back quicker second time around. 

    You need to take it a day at a time but I'm guessing that in a couple of days you'll improve.

    Day 12 for me now. No side effects that ive noticed
