been on 10mg of citalopram for 3 and half weeks. most of side effects have gone the dizziness and headaches but every other day i feel like i have a UTI. anyone else had this as a side effect? only seems to affect me at night, makes me think its a side effect and not a uti as surely id be feeling this all day and not just at night.

its possible, i did experience some constipation the first time i took citalopram but like a lot of these unpleasant symptoms it did disappear over time. speak to your doc if worried but howpfully itll pass for you over time and the positive effects increase
