Citalopram headaches

Did anyone else suffer with headaches, weird head pressure when they started on citalopram???

Hi Laura.. ill t normally suffer with headaches bug I have been getting them more since upping from 20mg to 40 mg 8 weeks ago! the only way I can describe it its like tension headache and its like some is pressing on top of your head! it's that what you mean? if so I'm having them aswell xxx

Hi claire thanks for replying.. yes thats exactly what its like. im new to citalopram day 10 so assuming im still having the headache side effect. ive had then for a couple of days now and i never really suffered before. all i want to do is lie in a dark room at the moment xx

Hoping so.. its subsided a little this evening but can feel it lingering there. yes this forum has been good and very reassuring for those who are anxious and have questions xx
