i increased my citalopram from 20mg to 25mg 4 weeks and 4 days ago. i started with anxiety again. my sleep is quite disturbed. Anxiety throughout the day. Crying all the time. In the morning I am really anxious. I am so scared and lonely. i am not sure if I need to increase dose. I need a friendly person to offer advice x

usually increase will bring a side effects for some time again., just like at the beginning of the treatment. How long you were taking 20mg for .? And when side effects started after increase ?
i have increased my dose of Fluoxetine from 20 to 40 , it has been almost 3 weeks, second week i had terrible headache, tiredness, irratability. But i was taking 20mg for 10 month, hoping it will be enough but have decided to increase after constant ups and downs.
I think you just going through side effects, give more time and it will get better
