so it been a while since posted. its great to be back. i feeling a little better with citalopram the first fews weeks had alot side affects but settle down. i found that the low moods got better but the Anxiety didnt get better side affects went but didnt feel that 20mg help. so the doctor put me on 30mg. just the second day on them but only affect i feel a little tried but not so bad like the frist time.

How are you feeling now? Are you glad you increased to 30mg? Ive just increased to 30mg 4 days ago. Need some reassurance from someone like you!

I'm on 30mg too and this is my second time on citalopram. last time i got better on 20mg but ive had to go up this time. I've been on it for 7 months now and the only side effect I had was insomnia so I have to take 15mg of mirtazipine at bedtime so I can sleep better. I didn't find going up to thirty as bad as starting back on ten.x
