Citalopram Tiredness

hi all

I have been taking 20mg citalopram at around 3pm for a couple weeks now and i know the side effects can be harsh but i can barely drag myself from my bed as i am so exhausted! and i have to go to work but struggling with this.

I am managing to fall asleep without any issues but i do wake up a few times in the night but thats fine. getting 8 hours sleep a night roughly.

Am i best off taking them at a different time? i am making my eyes red raw wiping tears from my eyes from yawning so much.
