Citalopram to sertaline

hi has anyone changed from citalopram to sertaline? i am been on cit since july 10mg 15mg and 20mg for the last 9 weeks. my anxiety and intrusive thoughts are still very bad. i dont know why this time it has taken so long to work or if it will ever will. it worked in the past. my gp suggested sertaline and wondered if anyone had any experience with swapping. was it hard, were side effects bad and was it successful? i cant decide wether to increase, stick longer on 20mg or change. any advice is welcome. x
